Aquamedic is one of the most advanced medical products ever developed. Fill with water from the tap and microwave for 3-4 minutes to achieve your required temperature.

If a cold compress is required cold water from the tap can be enough but if you require it colder just place in the freezer until desired level is reached. You can even use it as an ice pack. Just add some salt to the water and then freeze.
